I have never cried at a movie. Not once. Not even when I saw simba watch his dad die as a kid. This scene though, which I saw with college friends, gave me a tight feeling in my throat, and tears falling from my eyes. So did they.I guess it comes down to loving your parents, and all the shit they went through to get you to this stage, and no matter how much you fought with them, threw venom at them, or didn't agree, how much you'll miss them when they're gone.

Damn, this scene is so beautiful.

Interstellar film. You know you made something legendary when people still watch it after 5 years and maybe 10 or 20. Interstellar behind the scenes. Interstellar theme. This scene is 30% of the reason I saw the movie 3 times in theaters. Interstellar travel. Interstellar. The soundtrack plays such a important role in this scene. I saw interstellar as a freshman in highschool. we watched it in my biology class and although everyone was just goofing around, and it was a sci-fi, the pure imagination of cosmic science and mathematics made me feel so interested and sucked into loving these subjects. i spent much of my highschool years skateboarding and working on cars, afraid to just nerd out on things like math, science, space, physics, etc. but here I am now, a college freshman in the school of engineering studying mechanical engineering, and again, although its a sci fi movie, the thought of human advancement in technology and mechanics and space all have a huge place in my heart. not sure who's going to see this, or care, but just thought i'd share for my fellow nerds on this one.

Interstellar docking scene. Imagine watching your grandson being born and dying in the space of a few minutes. It saddens me too much that I we will never be able to discover the vastness of the universe. Maybe centuries in the future it will be possible but we will not be there to see any of it. I hope there will be atleast a colonization of mars during my lifetime. This movie remembers me something. It's my dream when I was young, my best dream it was going to space discover galaxies going inside a real black hole and know what inside it and I want to make a time machine But I changed a lot, I still read books, but I forgot my biggest dream This movie remembers me. I have to achieve my dream.

Scary, sad, beautiful and exciting at the same time. Zimmer is amazing

I would kill for watching this movie again for the first time in cinema. Arguable one of the greatest films ever made. Crazy to think how LIFE is, were we put here for a reason? Was all this a mistake, did this happen by choice or by fault, a coincidence or by gravity? Is there a higher being we cannot see or hear who put us on this earth to live, or merely evolution of the greater unknown, who knows, who will ever know? To think if life never existed in this universe what then, would we know? What would there be? Would there be nothingness, just black, dark, nothingness, no souls, no life, no humanity, no love, no family, no sounds and no thought, just nothing. Was this all a coincidence, was this by fault or the greater unknown? Who knows, who will ever know. Earth has been here for billions of years, yet we may only spend such little time here, enjoy it while you can as eventually we will all die, I will die, you will die, everyone you love will die, so experience and cherish life with the time you have as it can all be nothing today or tomorrow. Feel love, feel happiness, feel the sun, feel the warmth, feel the cold, feel the air, experience life knowing you could not tomorrow. This is a once in a life time, because all that is, is time.

The seconds hand on my wall clock was going forward and backwards, then, I realized the battery needed changing. Interstellar wallpaper.
